Overview
People were looking at items and then dropping off before making an offer. I reworked that part of the flow to take out the guesswork.
The whole flow in one frame. Item details, seller info, and the offer form all sit on the same screen.
Most offers come from phones, so the mobile version got the same info, just sized for one thumb.
Plain type, strong colour, no gradients. It suits a site that is really about buying and selling quickly.
In closing
Everything a buyer needed was already there. It was just spread across too many places.
