A real estate site where the listings get room to breathe instead of shouting.

Overview
The homes looked expensive and the old site did not. I rebuilt it with slower motion, bigger photos, and quieter type.
The whole page in one view. It starts dark and heavy, then opens into something lighter as you scroll.
Price, location, photo. I left out the badges and countdowns most listing sites pile on.
The colours came out of the property photos, so the site and the homes feel like the same thing.
In closing
Most of the work here was leaving things out. One video, one line, one button per screen.
